Cancellation & Refund Policy – BHAF 2026

We understand that plans may change, so here’s our simple cancellation policy:
• Till 31st January 2026 – 75% refund
• 1st – 28th February 2026 – 50% refund
• From 1st March 2026 onwards – No refunds
• Tickets can be transferred to another person until 1st March 2026 by notifying us in writing.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund.
• If postponed, your registration will be valid for the new dates. If you can’t attend, you may request a refund.
• Sponsorships are non-refundable, but benefits may be adjusted or carried forward at the organizer’s discretion.
• 10k paid to secure the seats are non refundable
